Enrico Caruso, scanned from an original early 20th century publicity photo, found with a pile of old Victor Records, and uploaded to en:Wikipedia on 7 November 2002, by Infrogmation.

Published in the USA before 1923 (Caruso died in 1921), hence public domain by US law.
